Right now, we are looking for Client Partners to join our UK office! 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

We are seeking an exceptional hands-on Client Associate to join our team and help expand our line of business with our clients. The person in this role will be responsible for executing the go-to-market strategy, sales, and business development activities following the strategic plan and the overall engagement direction. 

Autonomy and self-motivation. Good communication skills, and a very proactive, results-oriented person.

 

YOU WILL GET THE CHANCE TO WORK ON THE FOLLOWING:

 

  • Develop large key accounts with potential revenue of $100MM

  • Work closely with the Engagement/Tech Director and the Delivery Director to ensure continuity and proper match with the client's expectations

  • Accountable for achieving account financial targets and KPIs

  • Participant in the go-to-market plan creation/refinement

  • Responsible for executing the go-to-market plan

  • Responsible for the entire sales process, including lead qualification, pre-sales activities, and contract completion

  • Responsible for the Strategic advancement of customer relations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and customer retention, as well as identifying the up-selling potential

  • Develop new opportunities through networking, cold calling and other lead-generation techniques

  • Develop, negotiate and close long-term agreements 

  • Report account activity, opportunity status and other details.

  • Aggressively driving Digital Services Engagements into new areas of the business. 

 

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED:

 

  • You have 5+ years experience in software sales and a minimum of 5+ years successfully selling solutions or services at an executive/C- level.

  • Experience making executive-level calls, developing solutions that help our clients, and then mobilizing internal assets to deliver on time and above expectations.

  • Prior experience with customers in Financial Services is required.

  • Prior experience in a software services company is a great plus.

  • You must be comfortable demonstrating software and speaking to technical and non-technical executives at all levels of our organization.

  • Excellent oral & written presentation & communication skills
