Right now, we are looking for a College Trainee for the Talent & Cultural Business Partner to join our team at Globant!

You will get the chance to:

• Learn all the activities related to personnel management of a company

• Great capacity for teamwork

• Interest in communication and organizational culture

• English upper intermediate B2.

• Proactive, assertive, patient, good communication skills, eager to learn and creative

• Support in the onboarding process

• Organization of events, activities related to corporate welfare

• Execute the initiatives generated from Working Experiences and TCBP area.
