We seek a Genesys Cloud Software Engineer who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• 5+ years of experience developing solutions in Genesys Cloud, including Architect flows and API-based integrations.
• At least 2 years of experience leading large-scale contact center initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders in enterprise environments.
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, cloud infrastructure concepts (AWS), security basics, and scripting/programming languages like JavaScript or Python.
• Strong ability to analyze complex requirements, translate them into scalable technical solutions, and troubleshoot platform issues to ensure stability.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with an analytical, procedural mindset and high attention to detail.
• Professional English proficiency (B2 minimum, C1 preferred) to effectively collaborate with global teams.
• Valuable experience with event-based integrations (EventBridge), conversational AI/bots, CRM systems (MS Dynamics), or Genesys/AWS certifications.
