We are looking for an Executive Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role is critical in identifying, attracting, and hiring top executive talent (C-level and senior leadership), partnering closely with global stakeholders to deliver high-impact hiring strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for executive (C-level) and senior leadership roles across multiple regions.
  • Design and execute targeted search strategies (headhunting, market mapping, talent intelligence).
  • Partner with global leadership and stakeholders to understand business needs and align hiring strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of executive candidates, ensuring a proactive recruiting approach.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, providing insights into company culture, career path, and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with a global recruiting team to support high-demand executive hiring initiatives.
  • Track and maintain accurate recruiting data, pipelines, and reports.
  • Represent the company in strategic events, networking spaces, and executive talent forums.
  • Drive continuous improvement in executive recruitment practices and processes.

 

Qualifications

  • +4 years of experience in Executive Search or C-Level recruitment.
  • Proven experience recruiting for senior leadership roles (Directors, VPs, C-Level).
  • English level: B2+ (Intermediate-Advanced) – required for global stakeholder interaction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
