We seek a Corporate Treasury(Back Office), Expert-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

As a Treasury Back Office Lead, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening governance,processes, systems, and controls across the treasury function. You will operate in a dynamic environment, collaborate with multiple stakeholders across regions, and lead by example while managing complex, multi-country operations.

What will help you succeed:

• 10+ years of experience working in a corporate treasury environment in multinational companies.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities 
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 
• Experience of managing multinational teams is preferred. Experience in SAP

Key Responsibilities:

•  Lead and supervise a multinational treasury back-office team, ensuring smooth execution of daily operations across regions and time zones.
•  Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, Tax,Legal, FP&A, Controllership) to continuously enhance treasury processes, controls, and service delivery.
•  Oversee compliance and governance requirements, including:

           o Internal and external audits

           o SOX controls and matrix ownership

           o Central bank reporting and regulatory filings across jurisdictions

•  Drive the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and banking platforms, including Kyriba, SAP, and global e-banking solutions.
