Vertic, Globant division is currently looking for a UX Content Strategist to join its Globant Gut Studio in the Copenhagen office.

 


You will get the chance to:

 

  • Synthesize complex healthcare information and identify impactful content to support strategic objectives.
  • Develop content strategies and guide content creation, distribution, and governance of content for various projects, ranging from brochures and PDFs, social posts, emails and landing pages to large websites and complex omnichannel campaigns, ensuring coherence across all touchpoints.
  • Design the information architecture and hierarchy of content, how the content should be formatted and laid out on the platforms.
  • Create directional content that enhances the overall UX on digital platforms.
  • Create high-level layouts (e.g. wireframes) to illustrate content strategies for stakeholders, and brief internal teams.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations to communicate content strategy, content outline and other deliverables to stakeholders.
  • Understand and implement stakeholder feedback.
  • Brief and collaborate with copywriters and designers to guide content creation that aligns with strategic vision, staying involved throughout the production process to support the teams and ensure output aligns with content strategy.
  • Manage the content production process for projects you are working on, coordinating between strategy, creative teams, project management, and clients.
  • Ensure content strategies comply with healthcare regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform content strategy decisions.

 

What will help you succeed:

 

  • 4-6 years of content strategy experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Proven ability to comprehend and simplify complex technical information for various audiences.
  • Experience in developing content strategies for omnichannel campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and collaborative skills.
  • Proficiency in creating directional content and high-level layouts across multiple digital formats.
  • Experience in creating layouts to communicate content strategy and content flows (e.g. experience in wireframing tools such as Figma).
  • Experience with healthcare content formats (websites, detail aids, email campaigns, social media).
  • Experience working with or understanding global content strategies and localization efforts.
  • Solid understanding of UX and design principles.
  • Strong briefing and guidance skills.
  • Some knowledge of regulatory requirements in healthcare marketing.
  • Experience with content analytics to inform strategy decisions.
  • Adaptability to work across various content formats and project scales.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset for addressing content strategy challenges.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to strategy development.
  • Passion for creating impactful, user-centered content strategies in healthcare.
  • Comfort with both strategic thinking and creating directional content.
