Strategic Planner Copenhagen

We are currently looking for a Strategic Planner to join our Globant GUT Strategy Studio in Copenhagen. In that role you will be at the center of defining the right digital engagement strategy for our clients whether they are launching a new product, building a new website, revitalizing their digital ecosystem, or planning a promotional campaign.
You will get the chance to:
- Get familiarized with medical terminology and brand strategies to the extent you can function as the strategic gatekeeper during planning and execution of initiatives.
Develop content strategies for established and new brands, and execute via campaigns, congresses, etc.
- Collaborate closely with a creative team of copywriters and designers, creating the brief and providing guidance and feedback for them to craft content that follows the client’s strategy.
Deliver continuously on client projects across the company’s client portfolio and ensure that there is a red thread from insights and strategy to the creation and implementation of a solution/campaign.
Participate in defining omnichannel engagement strategies which includes research consolidation, journey mapping, activity assessment & gap analysis, tactic ideation, ecosystem mapping, and defining KPI frameworks.
- Participate in planning, running, and consolidating of workshops with the client team.
Apply theories and frameworks from value proposition design, needs and motives research and behavioural psychology to guide the creative and strategic thinking throughout our projects.
What will help you succeed:
- 2+ years of relevant experience within marketing strategy, with focus on content strategy.
- A strong digital and technological understanding
- Fluency in English language written and spoken.
- Interest in working with the pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to set the direction for assigned project tasks and to clearly communicate that direction to team members and clients.
- A positive and problem-solving attitude towards uncertainty and changes.
- Ability to apply strategic thinking.
- Good presentation skills, both creating slides and delivering a presentation.
Bonus, but not required, experience:
- Experience with the healthcare, life sciences, medico, and pharmaceutical industries.
- Knowledge of how to apply behavioral science to diagnose a problem and explore solutions.
