Content Supply Chain Analyst (Process & AI Driven)

We are looking for a Content Supply Chain Analyst to design, analyze, and optimize the end- to-end content supply chain, ensuring content is planned, produced, reviewed, approved, and delivered efficiently at scale. This role focuses on process definition, workflow optimization, and AI-enabled scalability, bridging content, marketing, creative, technology, and data teams. The ideal candidate is highly process-oriented, analytical, and experienced in applying automation and AI to improve content operations.
Key Responsibilities
Content Supply Chain & Process Design
• Analyze and map the end-to-end content supply chain (briefing, creation, review, approval, localization, activation, and reuse).
• Define standardized, scalable content workflows across channels, regions, and teams.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and manual dependencies in content operations.
• Establish governance models, SLAs, and operating principles for content delivery. Workflow Optimization & Scalability
• Design process frameworks to support high-volume, multi-channel content production.
• Ensure content workflows are modular, reusable, and scalable.
• Align content processes with business priorities, campaign planning, and activation timelines.
• Support cross-functional alignment between marketing, creative, legal, compliance, and media teams.
AI & Automation Applied to Content Operations
• Identify and implement AI use cases across the content supply chain (e.g. briefing automation, content variation, tagging, quality checks).
• Apply AI to enable content personalization, versioning, and reuse at scale.
• Collaborate with technology teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into existing workflows.
• Ensure responsible and governed use of AI within content processes.
Data, Reporting & Performance Analysis
• Define and track KPIs related to content throughput, cycle time, rework rates, SLA compliance, and cost efficiency.
• Build dashboards and analytical views to provide visibility into content operations performance.
• Use data insights to continuously optimize workflows and improve scalability.
Change Management & Enablement
• Act as a connector between business, creative, and technology stakeholders.
• Support adoption of new processes, tools, and AI capabilities through documentation and training.
• Drive a process-first and continuous improvement mindset across content teams.
Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in content operations, content supply chain, or marketing operations.
• Process-oriented mindset with proven ability to design and optimize workflows.
• Experience defining content workflows and operating models.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
AI & Technology Skills
• Experience applying AI to operational processes, preferably in content or marketing contexts.
• Understanding of AI-driven use cases such as content generation, variation, tagging, and
quality control.
• Familiarity with automation and workflow tools (e.g. work management platforms, DAM, CMS).
• Understanding of system integrations and data flows.
Soft Skills
• Structured and methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across creative, marketing, legal, and technology teams.
