• Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst (5+ years).
• Have a software delivery approach and a technical mindset.
• Knowledge in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) or at least active participation in Agile teams developing software solutions.
• Experience using Rally, JIRA, TFS or any other advanced tool for Agile teams.
• Experience with Confluence.
• Knowledge of Data Analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
