Client Partner – MENA
Location: Dubai / Riyadh
Reporting to: Managing Director MENA

 


We are looking for experienced Client Partners to join Globant’s MENA team and help drive the next stage of growth across the region.

 

This is a senior client-facing commercial role for someone with strong technology consulting experience, high energy, executive presence and the ability to create, shape and close opportunities independently. We are looking for people who can build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, identify growth opportunities, mobilize internal teams and drive business across strategic accounts and new clients.

 

The ideal candidate has experience selling digital transformation, product engineering, cloud, data, AI, design or technology consulting services, and is comfortable engaging with C-level executives in complex organizations.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Build, grow and manage strategic client relationships across the MENA region.
  • Own the commercial relationship end-to-end, from opportunity identification through delivery and long-term account growth.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including proposals, pricing, scope, contract terms, renewals, change requests and commercial discussions.
  • Partner with Delivery to ensure successful execution from a commercial perspective, managing client expectations, risks, scope evolution, margins and overall account health.
  • Drive collections and commercial governance with clients, working closely with Finance and Operations to ensure healthy cash flow and timely invoice resolution.
  • Work closely with Delivery, Presales and Solution Teams to shape client solutions, proposals and commercial models.
  • Develop account plans and identify new opportunities to expand existing clients while opening new business where appropriate.
  • Act as the primary executive point of contact for the client, building trusted relationships and positioning Globant as a long-term strategic partner.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure opportunities and engagements progress efficiently from qualification through delivery

 

What we are looking for:

  • Strong background in technology consulting or digital services.
  • Proven commercial experience in client-facing roles.
  • Ability to operate independently and create momentum.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude and high ownership.
  • Experience in GCC / Middle East markets.
  • Existing regional network is a plus.
  • Based in Dubai or Riyadh.
