We seek a Client Engagement Manager Level 4 who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to ensuring success in engagements focusing on business continuity, people management, relational risk mitigation, and operational oversight.
What will help you succeed:
Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate).
Location: Must reside in Lima, Peru (Mandatory requirement).
Required Experience: 8+ years of proven experience working in the banking, financial services, insurance, or regulatory sectors.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Client Leadership & Account Growth: Act as the owner of the account, defining and executing the growth strategy to drive organic revenue and business expansion through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Bridge high-level strategy with operational excellence by cultivating C-Level relationships and serving as the primary liaison for governance and communication.
Talent & People: Be responsible for team health and engagement, mitigating attrition through career coaching and 1:1s. Lead strategic staffing by anticipating talent needs early and partnering closely with Recruiting to ensure timely and optimal team assignments.
Delivery & Financial Governance: Own the P&L (Profit and Loss) and ensure delivery excellence through robust governance and KPI oversight. Lead 360° Risk Management to safeguard profitability and project success, collaborating closely with TPMs (Technical Project Managers) to ensure execution.
Decision Authority & Relationships: Hold principal authority over financial, people, and relationship decisions, with key success metrics focused on Client Satisfaction, Farming, and Utilization Rate Accuracy.
