Test Automation Tech Manager

Right now, we are looking for a Tech Manager for Test Automation to join our Quality Engineering Studio.

This Studio provides a comprehensive suite of innovative and robust testing services that ensure high-quality products to meet the needs of demanding, technology-avid users.The Test Automation Engineer makes a key contribution supporting end-to-end application delivery, constantly providing visibility of the actual quality of the products, verifying that they are always above our quality gates.

What will help you succeed:

• Knowledge in tools such as: restassured, karate, behave, cucumber, cypress, playwright, AWS services.
• Knowledge in CI/CD processes.
• Strong knowledge in handling test data for automation.
• Experience in developing automation frameworks from scratch using different stacks.
• General knowledge of databases.
• Knowledge in mocks using mockito, wiremock among others.
• General knowledge in unit testing.
• Definition of strategies and plans.
• Preferably, having managed combined development and testing teams (with greater emphasis on the testing part).
• Proven experience in automation for backend (APIs, lambdas, batch processes among others) and frontend (especially web, mobile is desired but not mandatory).
• Good communication, negotiation, sense of urgency, flexibility.
• Team management.
• Identifying risks and action plans to correct deviations.
• Identifying areas of improvement.
• Creation of reports for upper management.
• B2+ English Level
