People Journey Team Lead

Role Description: Lead the people journey (HR admin/ops) team in India - currently a team size of 3 expected to grow by 1-2 more over next year. Responsible for end to end processes related to onboarding, induction, exits; tools such as SuccessFactors, SAP etc: support all labour compliances related to PF, Gratuity and others, support benefits such as medical and term insurance, administer leaves process. Also start taking backend ownership of similar activities for UK and be ready to support these activities for other locations in Europe and Asia as and when needed.

- Comprehensive management of payroll and its correct execution.
- Coordination with outsourced payroll providers.
- Management of SAP and SAT for payroll administration.
- Preparation of policies, purchase orders, accounting, and reconciliation processes.
- Calculations of settlements and tax planning.
- Strategic decision-making related to payroll management.
- Risk analysis for employee hiring.
- Preparation of work papers for internal and external audits.
- Management of withholdings and tax declarations.
- Division of costs by cost center.
- Expense prorating.
- Use of ERP for personnel management.
- Training and development of staff under your charge.
