Jr Security Officer CDMX

Right now, we are looking for a Jr Security Officer to join our team at Globant!
You will get the chance to:
- Support the Monitoring Team
- Manage vendor documentation, select and evaluate proposals for physical security and related services, and develop service scopes.
- Accompany security personnel in offices and remote locations with physical security procedures and review security incident processes. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Control and follow up on corrective and preventive maintenance tasks for access control and CCTV systems, verify the operation of access control and video surveillance systems, and ensure that vendors comply with local regulations and company standards.
- Ensure the correct implementation and functioning of internal security tools and provide assistance in basic security training for corporate users.
What will help you succeed:
- 2+ Years of experience in the physical security industry.
- Proficiency in CCure 9000, Digifort, and IVMS 4200.
- Problem-solving skills.
- English language proficiency B1 (intermediate).
- Independent decision-making.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Flexible and able to work in a constantly evolving environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Service-oriented with the ability to build strong working relationships.
