Java Lead Developer

We seek a Java Lead Developer who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Java development with strong backend architecture knowledge.

  • AWS (Cloud Providers)

  • Git, GitHub (Version Control)

  • AWS Lambda (Serverless)

  • ECS (Containers)

  • Maven, Ant (Building/Packaging)

  • SOAP & REST (Web Services and API)

  • Splunk (Application Performance Monitoring)

  • S3 (Object Storage)

  • SQL (Basic Queries)

  • IAM (Identity and Access Management)

• Proven experience in leading a team or project development, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with cloud-native applications and microservices architecture, particularly within AWS.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Proactive and adaptable to changing project requirements and business needs.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and performance
