Right now, we are looking for a Talent & Culture Business Partner Analyst to join our team in Cali!
You will get the chance to:
- Focal point for employees for people issues (own doubts or leadership topics).
- Stay on top of the business, providing a proactive support service to them.
- Work closely with the teams in order to guarantee an excellent work environment.
- Coordinate all employee relations matters, supporting the Line Managers throughout and ensuring that all the necessary information and documentation is tracked and communicated to the employee at the appropriate time.
- Act as an Ambassador for Globant’s values and pillars.
- Own and follow up all the People processes: Internal moves, attrition, performance, talent, etc.
- Coordinate and deliver first-day orientation and on-boarding sessions.
- Teach about internal tools and organize different training sessions and webinars.
- Participates in the ExCo meeting for People related topics.
- Coordinate Events, After Offices, Sport Tournaments and all sort of bonding activities.
- Works with other People areas such as People Career, People Care and People Rewards on several company processes and policies.
