Talent & Culture Business Partner Sr.
We are looking for a Talent & Culture Business Partner to enable Globers to have an enriching experience in the workplace and a fulfilling career at Globant by building an engaging and inclusive culture, driving talent development and people processes, providing leadership advisory, and giving strategic support to the business.

Has 4+ years’ experience in HR generalist or talent management roles in a large, fast-paced, dynamic industry.
