Senior Data Scientist

• Lead development and implementation of AI solutions and able to give support to existing ones.

• Identify opportunities for AI implementation across various business functions and processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.

• Design and build machine learning models and algorithms to automate manual tasks and optimize resource allocation.

• Develop data pipelines and workflows to support AI applications.

• Collaborate with IT professionals to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and infrastructure.

• Conduct thorough analysis of data to extract insights and drive informed decision-making.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and identify innovative approaches to enhance outsourcing processes.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior data scientists on AI development, methodologies and best practices.

• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

• Utilize A/B testing and Machine Learning explainability techniques.

• Create APIs or services to expose the models for consumption.

• Proficiency in any of these AI fields: NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems.

• Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. And AI technologies and frameworks such as natural language processing (NLP) and Recommendation Systems.

• Experience with cloud environments, Microsoft Azure is a plus.

• Experience with MLOps, tools like MLFLow, Kubeflow, Argo Workflow, Grafana, Neptune.ai, Weights & Biases, etc.

• Knowledge of data science products and their deployments, that is, able to create PoCs relying on user interface applications like Streamlit (or similar) and Docker.

• Leader skills

• Extensive experience in developing and implementing AI solutions, particularly in the context of outsourcing processes.

• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling techniques.

• Very solid proficiency in programming, OOP and functional, with languages such as Python, R, or Java.

• Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and experience with data manipulation and analysis using SQL and/or NoSQL databases, structured and unstructured datasets.
