Risk Management Insurance Analyst, Senior-Argentina-BsAs-CABA

Right now, we are looking for a Risk Management Insurance  Analyst, Senior to join our team!
 
You will get the chance to:

● Identifying and analyzing coverages required for the business
● Interacts with internal clients (HR, Legal, Project teams, etc.) to align coverages with
internal needs
● Provides analytical support to determine the best coverage limits
● Interacts and challenges the brokers and insurers of the company to obtain the best
coverage
● Negotiates, through the company’s brokers or directly with insurers depending on the
case, the best costs for such coverages
● Obtain from the brokers certificates of coverage as required by Globant’s clients
● Evaluate coverage required for new business opportunities or products
● Perform insurer and/or broker tenders when required.

 
What will help you succeed:

● At least five years’ experience in insurance negotiation and/or management.
● Experience in negotiating D&O and E&O and/or medical & life policies.

● Analytical skills and an eye for detail
● Communication and negotiation skills
● Commercial awareness
● Ability to understand broader business issues and operate in an ever changing
environment
