Legal Business Counsel, Jr
We are looking for a talented and experienced Junior Legal Business Counsel.
In this role you will support the Commercial Legal department with the analysis of the relevant contracts and other business-related documents. Also will provide support to the US commercial sales team.

- Draft, review, and manage several forms of company contracts, including but not limited to Statement of Works, Amendments, Vendor Agreements, NDAs, RFP Responses, etc.
- Manage the flow of requests for legal document review and secure required approvals from our business leads.
- Provide guidance and legal interpretation to the sales and services teams.
- Solve any doubt, issue, concern or inquiry that the sales team may have in regards to legal matters associated with their projects.
- Handle other project-based work within the scope of the legal department responsibilities on an as-needed basis.

- 2+ years of experience in business law and/or contract management
- Advanced level of English
