We are looking for a Global Marketing SSr person to join our dynamic team, whose primary function is to boost Globant’s brand awareness through disruptive and engaging events in different locations and within a global audience. 

 

The Global Marketing team member will need to count with a wide range of communication and marketing skills; think creatively, finding new ways to communicate with established, potential, and former clients, as well as potential candidates.
The role calls for creativity, disruptive thinking, analytic insights and a thorough knowledge of events production and management.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute global marketing campaigns and disruptive events to boost awareness. Align campaigns to Globant’s business objectives and industry trends.
  • Build candidate/leads pipelines. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns / activity and assess against a variety of targets including KPIs and ROI.
  • Research the tech market to find relevant audiences. Monitor market trends, competitors and reputation.
  • Set up disruptive events, understanding the target and the strategies needed to engage the right audience with the right content.
  • Follow Globant´s value proposition and showcase our differentiators in a creative way
  • Coordinate with different areas within the brand team to ensure big initiatives are executed correctly globally and locally. 
  • Responsible for content management and creation / preparation of marketing collaterals to support our Thought Leadership position and boost our Big Initiatives
  • Coordinate designers or external agencies.

 

Key Skills / Requirements

 

  • Advance English. 
  • 5  years of experience working in  Marketing /Communication roles launching campaigns, events. 
  • Experience managing external PR/Marketing agencies and suppliers is advantageous but not essential. 
  • A flexible team player who is keen to work in a stimulating, ever changing environment and thrive on the opportunities that this can bring.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ideal candidate will be determined, outgoing, positive, articulate, strategist and creative-thinker.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills – with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines in a timely manner. 
  • Creativity and thinking outside of the box is a must
  • In-depth knowledge of the technology industry, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
