Bilingual Legal Assistant

Right now, we are looking for a Bilingual Legal Assistant to join our Compliance Team at Globant!
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our Legal team. As a Legal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys and ensuring the smooth operation of our Team. This position requires the candidate to work with autonomy and proactiveness. The successful candidate will have excellent communications skills and proficient domain of the English language.
Responsibilities:
● Assist in drafting and proofreading documents such as policies, guidelines, reports and presentations.
● Assist with monitoring of compliance corporate processes.
● Assist with internal reporting and tracking of compliance corporate processes.
● Assist with management of the Legal Department's budget.
● Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Compliance Team and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
● This position does not require a law degree.
● Advanced English skills. Strong written and oral communication skills.
● Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
● Experience in a law firm or in-house legal team will be highly regarded.
