C++ Developer with IoT, Senior - Peru

We seek a C++ Developer with IoT, Senior who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
What will help you succeed:
- Conversational Advanced English
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience in embedded or systems software
- C++ ver.14+ proficiency: RAII, smart pointers (std::unique_ptr, std::make_unique), templates, move semantics, constexpr, override, range-based loops
- Object-oriented design: design patterns (Observer, Factory, Strategy, Proxy), separation of concerns, interface-based programming
- Experience with the Boost libraries: Boost.Asio, Boost.Interprocess, Boost.Filesystem
- Experience with gRPC + ProtoBuf: schema definition, stub generation, RPC service/client implementation
- Developing system software or firmware for embedded or constrained environments: bare-metal microcontrollers, RTOS, embedded Linux, or embedded Windows
- Experience integrating hardware peripherals: serial (RS-232, UART, SPI, I2C), USB, ADC, timers, or similar — reading datasheets, implementing drivers, and debugging at the hardware/software boundary
- Design fault and error handling flows
- Hands-on experience implementing or consuming binary communication protocols: frame parsing, state machines, error detection, and recovery
- Experience with cross-layer debugging: reasoning across hardware signals, firmware behaviour, OS drivers, and application logic simultaneously
- Unit testing
