In this role, you will:
Support Functions and Customer areas within their Information Solutions in applying agile methodologies, agile, thinking and mindset to realize the implementation of agile ways of working across product teams
In particular, working directly with product teams, consisting of members from Engineering, Product Management, Data Analytics and Services, etc.
Have at least 10 years of experience as team level agile coach with solid expertise and experience in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and apply these to the development and execution; SAFe Program Consultant certification or higher desired
Establish discovery process to understand key areas of improvement
Coaching of Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, Product Managers and Product Owners
Define and implement metrics / key performance indicators to measure progress and success; implement mitigations for under-performing metrics; identify, monitor, and mitigate key risks
Support the culture of continuous improvement
Align with a large agile initiative currently being undertaken (Agile E2E Framework to Delivery) and the agile coaches that are working in this initiative
Provide on demand support for ad hoc issues that product team are unable to resolve themselves
Who you are:
Master’s Degree and experience in related discipline (Computer Sciences, Engineering, etc.), MSIS, MIS, or MBA preferred
Long-standing and seasoned experience in running and deploying agile software delivery models and frameworks; advanced certification required in most common agile frameworks (e.g. PMI-ACP, from Scrum.Org, Scrum Alliance, SAFe, LeSS)
Relevant experience in software/systems engineering and a software development background, preferably in a healthcare company
Proven experience in leading software teams through collaborative technological innovation in agile environments with tangible outcomes
10 years experience managing or leading teams or programs
Quick learner with the ability to understand complex workflows and develop and validate innovative solutions to address customer needs or to realize market opportunities
Good communicator, able to collaborate with stakeholders and customers to explain technology and with the proven ability to take insights from customers and translate them into technical deliverables
Proven ability to establish and articulate a vision, set goals, develop and execute strategies, track and measure outcomes
Familiarity with the technological trends and their relevance to the healthcare industry. A passionate and decisive business leader. Demonstrating courage, vision and drive to achieve outcomes at the forefront of innovative technological changes
