Business Hacking Analyst

We seek a Business Hacking Analyst who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
What will help you succeed:
- Technical & Operational Background: Educational background in Engineering (Industrial, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Robotics) or related technical fields, with deep knowledge of real-world operational environments (maintance, MRO, industrial plants, logistics, or infrastructures).
- Applied Innovation & Tech Savviness: A genuine interest and understanding of emerging technologies (Automation, Robotics, Sustainability, or AI) and a proven ability to translate these tech capabilities into concrete business cases and operational ROI.
- End-to-End Hands-on Execution: Proven experience managing projects from initial scouting, tech provider/startup collaboration, and defining use cases, to launching rapid pilots (POCs) and designing metrics for final deployment.
- Scalability & Hacking Mindset: A strong focus on scaling initiatives rather than just running prototypes. Ability to challenge the status quo, secure business sponsors, build adoption models, and anticipate operational risks or cybersec/legal roadblocks.
- Cross-functional & Strategic Communication: Exceptional stakeholders management skills. Ability to act as a "bilingual" bridge, communicating fluently with both shop-floor/MRO operators and corporate areas (Tech, Procurement, Legal, and Business units).
- Impact & Value Orientation: Sharp business acumen heavily oriented toward efficiency, cost savings, and sustainability. Ability to ruthlessly prioritize initiatives based on tangible impact aligned with long-term strategic goals (such as PdV2030).
- High Autonomy & Ownership: A proactive, resourceful, and resilient mindset. High level of commitment to navigate ambiguous or changing environments, unblock operational bottlenecks, and maintain rigid project follow-ups.
