We seek a Business Analyst with experience in Digital Channels who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Proven experience managing complex technology projects from a strong technical standpoint, preferably leading the implementation of chat, chatbot, and virtual assistant solutions.
• Solid technical knowledge in Contact Center architecture, infrastructure, and transactional omnichannel systems.
• Hands-on experience working with Genesys Cloud platforms, cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure), and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices to ensure they are correctly applied throughout the project lifecycle.
• Excellent ability to coordinate cross-functional development and operations teams, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of technical solutions.
• Great communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse technical departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced or fluent English language proficiency to succeed in a global business environment.
