People Business Partner, Sr- Argentina -Buenos Aires- CABA
As we continue to grow, we seek dedicated individuals to join our team. The People Business Partner (PBP) will be responsible for all people matters in collaboration with the Portfolio Leadership team. You will deliver integrated partnerships to enhance proximity, engagement, and talent management initiatives.
Primary Objective: By building strong relationships, fostering engagement, and partnering with business stakeholders, the PBP’s main goal is to support Account and Portfolio leaders, providing guidance and promoting Globant’s culture and values.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Talent Partner, enriching the experience of our globers through culture development, employee communications, performance management, people development, and understanding business and client needs.
- Ensure compliance with Global People programs as communicated by the regional team.
- Support the Portfolio with a comprehensive onboarding process for new hires.
- Launch, analyze, and propose actionable initiatives based on account-specific surveys to gauge team members' feedback on any areas of concern.
- Collaborate with Delivery and Technology on attrition reporting and engagement efforts aligned with leadership objectives and existing structures.
- Liaise with People focal points from all Talent Development Centers to facilitate the resolution of performance issues, retention efforts, and engagement initiatives.
- Assist leaders in addressing performance management topics, including evaluations, performance improvement plans, feedback for leaders, internal moves, career paths, and promotions.
- Facilitate training related to our Continuous Feedback Culture and Global Talent rollouts (e.g., leadership structure, promotion readiness model, tool updates) as needed.
- Understand project/account pain points and anticipate attrition risks. In collaboration with regional TCBP, extrapolate project/account best practices across the Portfolio.
- Assess the overall health and dynamics of the Portfolio’s internal Talent Pool and drive specific actions alongside the Portfolio Staffing focal.
- Leverage relocations for onsite/offshore distribution.
- Promote initiatives to ensure the best and most diverse leaders manage our talent, including women in leadership positions.
- Identify the need for tailored learning programs for different accounts and projects.
- Foster a culture of true continuous feedback (Q reviews, H reviews, FFL, etc.).
- Recognize top FFL performers and provide customized training for those below the FFL threshold.
- Develop Performance Improvement Plans for Globers.
- Ensure participation of portfolio leaders in Leadership Programs.
- Work on (and ultimately own) self-sustainable salary increases.
- Engage in proactive conversations about career paths and follow up on the Open Career program.
