IT Project Manager

We seek an IT Project Manager who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
You'll get the chance to:
- Lead end-to-end IT projects across various domains (e.g., infrastructure, software development, digital transformation);
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria;
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets;
- Ensure effective communication across teams and stakeholders, proactively identifying and resolving risks or issues;
- Apply best practices in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid);
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and external vendors;
- Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and key metrics to senior management and clients;
- Ensure compliance with IT governance and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
What will help you succeed:
- Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate);
- Previous experience in managing complex IT projects;
- Proven expertise in project budget management, with the ability to plan, monitor, and control expenses to ensure the project is within the established budget;
- Experience in a software development or delivery organization, working with Agile teams;
- Good organizational and methodological skills;
- Natural disposition to work in a team and excellent interpersonal skills.
