Workplace Experience Analyst, Jr-CO-Bogota

Right now we are looking for a Workplace Experience Logistics Analyst Jr to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia!

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the preparation and execution of dispatches for various assets according to the requirements of the Globers and/or areas.
• Logically and orderly store the assets assigned to each site.
• Safeguard the inventory of assets at the sites.
• Coordinate and follow up on shipments with the transportation companies assigned to the logistics operation.
• Coordinate and ensure reverse logistics for the elements managed from the area.
• Update databases according to inventory movements.
• Promptly address any issues reported by the areas and/or Globers and resolve the requirements.
• Support the movement of elements during the opening and closing of offices.
• Assist in the operations of donations, disposals, and commercialization of assets at sites.
• Prepare administrative reports and operation reports for follow-up.

Education:

• Preferably a Technologist in Logistics, Administrative Careers, or related fields, with experience in logistics.
• One year of experience in logistics companies or performing logistical and administrative activities related to inventory management is preferred.
• Proficient in Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
• Preferably knowledge of logistical tools such as WMS (Warehouse Management System).
