Right now, we are looking for a Staffing Analyst Jr to join our team in Colombia!
The Staffing team is responsible for matching internal talent for the delivery of new business opportunities. This role is critical to optimize our internal talent capacity and support business growth.
You will get the chance to:
- Manage Dojo ensuring internal talent readiness to meet current and future business requirements.
- Validate system ‘s information to facilitate matching processes.
- Present internal talent and follow up actions to ensure assignments in a timely manner.
- Analyze data and provide solutions to enhance business capacity.
- Communicate strategies and solutions promoting clients success and company's vision.
- Negotiate with internal clients to efficiently fulfill openings.
- Work in close collaboration with Recruiting and internal clients and stakeholders.
