• Upper English skills.
• Experience in Oracle APEX development, including experience with APEX 5.x or later versions.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
•  Extensive knowledge of Oracle database technologies, including Oracle SQL and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Experience in designing and developing complex APEX applications, including application navigation, interactive reports, forms, and charts.
•  Familiarity with APEX security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in APEX applications.

• Experienced with consuming SOAP/REST services
