Right now we are looking for a Legal Business Counsel Analyst, Ssr to join our team at Globant in Bogota or Medellin, Colombia!

In this role you will support the Commercial Legal department with the analysis of the relevant contracts and other business-related documents.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and manage several forms of company contracts, including but not limited to Statement of Works, Amendments, Vendor Agreements, NDAs, RFP Responses, etc.
• Manage the flow of requests for legal document review and secure required approvals from our business leads.
• Provide guidance and legal interpretation to the sales and services teams.
• Solve any doubt, issue, concern or inquiry that the sales team may have in regards to legal matters associated with their projects.
• Handle other project-based work within the scope of the legal department responsibilities on an as-needed basis.

What will help you succeed:

• 3+ years of experience in business law and/or contract management.
• Advanced level of English / Portuguese is a plus.
