The position is temporal for 12 months, We seek a Art Director Director with strong design and motion expertise to join our creative team. Our Copenhagen office specialises in pharma and healthcare, so relevant experience is a plus, as is the ability to turn complex subjects into clear, engaging and creatively
ambitious work.
We’re looking for someone who thinks conceptually and makes things beautifully — an Art Director who can move from an idea on a blank page to a fully realised visual world. Someone equally comfortable developing a campaign concept, designing a key visual, building a motion system, experimenting in 3D, or finding a completely new way to make something with AI.
This is a hands-on creative role. You’ll work closely with copywriters, designers, strategists, producers
and other creatives to develop ideas and bring them to life across everything from campaigns and films to social, digital experiences, pharma events and new formats.
What will help you succeed:
You’re an Art Director with a strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual thinking and exceptional visual craft.
Strong motion design skills are essential, with solid hands-on experience in Adobe After Effects and the ability to bring ideas, identities and campaigns to life through motion.
You’re highly capable in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, and comfortable working with 3D tools as part of your creative process.
You have hands-on experience with generative AI tools and workflows across image, video, design and ideation. More importantly, you’re genuinely curious about where AI is going and actively experiment with new models, tools and ways of working.You can move fluidly between concept, design, motion, 3D and AI, choosing the right tool for the idea rather than being defined by one discipline.
You have strong taste, a sharp eye for detail and the ability to articulate and present the thinking behind your work.
You enjoy collaborating, but you can also take ownership and push an idea forward independently.
This job can be filled onsite in Copenhagen and is Hybrid (The position is on-site 3 days a week).
