We are looking for a technically skilled Marketing Automation Developer to support the implementation and optimization of customer journeys across marketing automation platforms and Customer Data Platform (CDP) ecosystems. The ideal candidate will act as the technical counterpart to functional consultants, enabling advanced configurations, integrations, and custom development that go beyond standard platform capabilities. This role is intended for a developer who can work across data, journeys, and integrations to deliver scalable and high-performing marketing solutions.

 

What will help you succeed:

 

  • Expertise in Journey & Campaign Development: Proven experience implementing complex, multi-step workflows, including conditional logic, triggers, and decision splits across major automation platforms.
  • Advanced Personalization & Dynamic Content: Skilled in developing tailored customer experiences using scripting, tokens, and platform-specific expression tools.
  • Mastery of Frontend & Email Engineering: Deep knowledge of building and optimizing responsive email templates and landing pages using HTML and CSS.
  • Data Activation & Querying Proficiency: Ability to manage data segmentation and audience activation through SQL or platform-specific querying tools.
  • Backend & Integration Foundations: Solid grasp of API integrations, webhooks, and custom actions to connect marketing tools with CDPs, CRMs, and third-party systems.
  • Engineering Mindset: Experience in data modeling, field mapping, and troubleshooting technical inconsistencies to ensure seamless data flows.
  • Collaborative Solution Design: Ability to act as a technical bridge, translating complex business requirements from functional consultants into scalable technical architectures.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills, with fluency in English and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Adobe Stack Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Campaign, or Marketo. (Desirable)
  • MarTech Versatility: Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar tools. (Desirable)
  • Technical Stack: Knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, and experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs). (Desirable)
