We are looking for The Principal, a strategic technology leader who shares our passion for innovation, AI, and transformation.
This is a key leadership role at the intersection of business, technology, and AI-powered delivery. As The Principal, you will connect our AI Studios' business vision with the capabilities of our AI Pods, turning complex client challenges into scalable, high-impact solutions.
You will play a critical role in shaping our Glob.AI value proposition, leading technical teams, and ensuring that what we envision with our clients becomes measurable business value.
What will help you succeed:
Extensive experience in senior technology leadership roles, combining deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and a strategic mindset.
Proven ability to connect business opportunities with innovative technology solutions, from initial strategy and solution design to successful delivery.
Strong understanding of AI-driven solutions, automation, cloud technologies, and modern software engineering practices.
Experience leading large-scale technology operations, multidisciplinary teams, and complex enterprise transformation initiatives.
Ability to partner with senior executives, business leaders, and clients, translating technical capabilities into compelling value propositions.
Strong experience in solution architecture, delivery governance, operational excellence, and scalable technology models.
Business-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance innovation, quality, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
Passion for developing high-performing technical leaders, driving organizational transformation, and building a culture of continuous improvement.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills in global, multicultural environments.
What you'll be driving:
Partner with AI Studio leaders to shape and position Glob.AI solutions, connecting client needs with the capabilities of our AI-powered delivery model.
Lead and empower AI Pod Architects and production teams, ensuring scalable, high-quality execution across client engagements.
Contribute to solution design and strategic client conversations, ensuring that business commitments are technically achievable and operationally sustainable.
Drive the evolution of AI-powered delivery, transforming traditional ways of working into more intelligent, efficient, and outcome-driven models.
Own delivery performance, capacity planning, quality standards, and operational efficiency across your production unit.
Collaborate across business, technology, and delivery teams to continuously improve capabilities, accelerate innovation, and maximize client value.
