We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer who shares our passion for innovation and transformation. This role is critical in building advanced AI-driven solutions that enable our business partners to evolve and meet the growing demand for personalized, intelligent digital experiences.

You will get the chance to:

• Design, develop, and enhance an AI-powered chatbot for a national tourism platform
• Integrate and deploy open-source LLMs within secure private cloud environments
• Build and maintain scalable Python backend services powering AI-driven interactions
• Design and implement agentic workflows, including tool integration, context retrieval, database querying, and external API communication
• Optimize model performance, latency, and scalability across GPU environments
• Integrate AI solutions with Azure AI services and existing platform infrastructure
• Monitor and continuously improve system performance using LLM evaluation techniques and other optimization methods
  
  

What will help you succeed:

• Strong experience in AI engineering, particularly with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Hands-on experience with open-source frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers)
• Proven experience deploying AI models on GPU infrastructure
• Solid Python backend development experience for AI services and APIs
• Familiarity with LLM engineering patterns such as tool calling, structured outputs, retrieval systems, and streaming responses
• Experience building real-time chat systems using HTTP streaming (SSE or similar)
• Experience integrating AI systems with databases, APIs, and external services to enable agentic behavior and decision-making
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services, particularly Azure AI or related infrastructure
• Understanding of model optimization techniques (e.g., quantization, inference performance, scaling)

• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React or Next.js
• Experience developing chat interfaces
